Four sessions: October 7 to October 28, Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- How do I feel physically, emotionally and mentally in my reality as a caregiver?
- How can I take better care of my own needs?
- What resources are available to me?
This series of workshops will tackle these questions by tapping into your creativity. You’ll be invited to explore your inner landscape through a creative process involving movement, drawing and writing, fuelled by your emotions and experiences. The art that emerges will serve to identify the inner resources that you can draw on to deal with the complexities of everyday life.
