Our closed support group helps participants strengthen their role within their family, whether as parent, child, sibling, or spouse. Participants learn to use adaptive strategies, build healthier relationships, and develop their communication skills. The group offers a safe space for participants to share their stories and face their issues in theme-based discussions. You’ll have the chance to talk about your challenges and learn strategies to achieve a more balanced life. This program runs for six consecutive sessions and requires a preliminary one-on-one assessment.
